RN - ER Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent emergency room experience in a hospital setting License: Must have a valid RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC (all certifications must be current and attached) Must-Have: Must have 2 years recent ER experience in a hospital setting. Must have attached certification documents and RN license. Description:The Registered Nurse will hold accountability for providing care to emergency room patients by utilizing the nursing process in accordance with state practice acts and hospital policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse will demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the safe delivery of patient care in the emergency department. The role involves maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff, and providing direction and supervision for those delivering patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet Health
