Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in creating visually compelling designs, producing engaging content, and managing communication between internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has excellent project management skills to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and materials. Preferences Graphic designing Proficiency in Adobe tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro Canva Microsoft Office Analytical thinking Ability to use AI tools effectively Coordination & Communication Act as the point of contact between the internal marketing team and external vendors (designers, printers, agencies, etc.) to manage deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals. Work closely with internal departments (sales, products, customer service) to gather input and ensure that marketing materials meet cross-departmental needs. Coordinate timelines, feedback, and revisions for marketing projects, ensuring timely execution. Brand & Marketing Support Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events. Assist in maintaining the company’s website and OTA’s, updating content, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement based on analytics and feedback. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant experience in F&B-led marketing creatives, campaign coordination and day-to-day creative execution. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is generally required. Proven experience in marketing or in a similar role; typically 1-2 years for entry-level positions. Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing. Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and content management systems. Certification in these tools can be an advantage.
