As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Moosic, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas while verifying access permissions, assisting with visitor processing, and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or security-related issues.
• Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post logs, following client site protocols for cash handling areas and restricted spaces, and providing directions and assistance to authorized personnel and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
