What You'll Do

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences by:

• Preparing handcrafted coffee, espresso, smoothies, teas, and specialty beverages according to brand recipes.
• Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service with every guest interaction.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
• Working collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Learning and mastering Scooter's Coffee recipes, standards, and procedures.
• Restocking supplies and assisting with daily opening and closing duties.
• Creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and fellow team members.
