In this pivotal role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, coordinate classroom supply logistics, and facilitate essential communications with parents and staff. The ideal candidate will serve as a professional point of contact for our campus community, ensuring operational excellence and providing seamless administrative support to foster a productive educational environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the accuracy and integrity of student account data and financial records. Execute precise cash handling and deposit procedures in alignment with institutional policies. Utilize technology to develop and manage digital forms for fee collections and administrative tracking. Manage and replenish store inventory to meet the ongoing needs of students and faculty. Qualifications Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional service. Proficiency in modern office technology and financial software applications. Demonstrated experience in financial processing or account management preferred.
