We Offer a Variety of Classes: Vinyasa Yoga — Dynamic flow to build strength and flexibility Hatha Yoga — Foundational practice focusing on balance and breath Restorative Yoga — Gentle sessions to release tension and promote relaxation Hot 26 — Classic sequence practiced in a heated room Why Join BEYOGA?
