About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Farmer Boy Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, where we serve delicious comfort food with a smile! As a restaurant server, youll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Check on guests throughout their meal, ensuring all needs are met.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in training new staff members on service standards and menu knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment Required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
• Must be able to operate a POS system.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Food Handlers certification is a plus. but not required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
