Works within the guidelines and scope of practice of the CRNA Practice Act.Evaluates the patient pre-operatively by interviewing and examining the patient; assesses data; selects appropriate anesthetic.Monitors, interprets, and evaluates information derived from monitors intra-operatively on patients; protects patients life functions and vital organs.Performs IV insertion, intubation, hemodynamic and electrolyte balance, and airway management in routine and acute medical situations.Monitors the patients post-operative care and performs evaluation of the patient.Around 14 - 15 cases per day (Office has a total of 3 endo suites running).The Must HavesGraduation from an approved RN programGraduation from an approved Nurse Anesthesia Program, Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA),Current Registered Nurse and APN Licensure.BLS and ACLS Certification required.Successfully pass color blind screening.Occasional Travel to our Virginia Beach, VA locationIf you're ready to bring your energy, organization skills, and smile to a place that values you—we’d love to have you on the team.Let’s do great work together—and have some fun while we’re at it! #J-18808-Ljbffr Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater
