VP, AI Program Management — Strategy to Impact

Synchrony is seeking a Vice President, Head of Program Management for AI to lead the operating engine for the AI organization. You will translate strategy into disciplined execution across strategic initiatives, enablement programs, tooling rollouts, and adoption efforts, with governance and cross-functional delivery priorities.

Reporting to the Global Head of AI, you will establish and lead a function that provides a single, trusted view of priorities, progress, and outcomes, partnering with AI
