About the Position We are hiring sales representatives at the Carson City Costco location to promote and sell Qunol nutritional supplements, including Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products. The role involves engaging customers, demonstrating product benefits, and meeting sales goals. Available Demo Hours 10:00 am – 5:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Shifts include an additional 3 hours of potential product selling for full‑day coverage. Compensation & Bonus Starting salary of $23 per hour plus bonus based on surpassing sales quotas. W‑2 employment. Promotional kit provided. Bi‑weekly paycheck via direct deposit. Average brand ambassadors earn $200–$300 per day; top earners exceed $300 per day. Commission example: 20 Liquid Collagen or 20 Liquid Turmeric equals $60 commission; 5 Liquid CoQ10 equals $15 commission. One 7‑hour day at $23/hour plus commission yields approximately $296, or about $42 per hour. Bonus Payout Example Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric: $60 commission. Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: $60 commission. Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): $15 commission. 7‑hour day at $23/hour plus commission: $296 total, about $42 per hour. Part‑time employment with opportunities for advancement. Full‑time position available for consistent sales goal meeters. Performance review after 90 days of employment. Energetically engage customers to promote Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric. Meet or exceed weekly sales goals. Independent work with minimal supervision. Stand for extended periods, with lunch breaks. Carry up to 35 lbs. Cell phone with texting and MMS capabilities. Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation to Costco. Ability to move a 4 ft × 2 ft portable table and supplies (up to 35 lbs). Comfortable wearing a hairnet or beard net and disposable gloves for sanitation. Can stand 7½ hours with breaks and a 30‑minute lunch. Accepted starter kit and table reimbursement if needed.
