Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $175k (plus performance bonuses)

Practice: Insurance Defense – General liability, premises liability, auto/trucking, construction defect, and catastrophic injury cases for insurers and self-insured clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, trucking, and construction defect matters from intake through trial.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Prepare coverage analyses and coordinate with insurers on claims strategy.
• Negotiate settlements and manage catastrophic injury files efficiently.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active PA bar (NJ or DE a plus).
• 2–6+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills.
