● Communicate with clients and potential clients

● Follow team systems for lead follow-up and client communication

● Attend team training and onboarding sessions

● Learn and use the Attorney Backed Agents® value proposition

● Work with buyers and sellers in your local market

● Maintain strong CRM notes and follow-up activity

● Participate in accountability and production conversations

● Educate clients on the team’s unique support structure

● Collaborate with team leadership and support staff

● Represent the team professionally in your market

● Must be licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license

● Strong interest in building a real estate business

● Coachable, professional, and willing to follow systems

● Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and video

● Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing technology

● Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently

● Serious about growth, client service, and accountability

Compensation

75k plus at plan! We strive to see 6 figures in the first 18 months!
