Speech Therapist (ST)Reports ToDirector of RehabilitationJob SummaryDiagnoses and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develops therapy plans to maximize communication and swallowing safety.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct diagnostic evaluations of speech, language, swallowing.Develop and implement therapy plans.Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.Educate patients, families, and caregivers.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.Current state license.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAsExpertise in communication and swallowing disorders.Strong documentation skills.Ability to educate patients and families.Physical & Environmental RequirementsAssist patients during therapy activities.Frequent sitting, standing, light lifting.Healthcare and LTC facility work environment.EEO & ADA Statement: Progressive Rehab Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
