Part-Time Evening Cleaner (Commercial) Location: Midland, MI Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible second-shift hours between 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM (No weekends!) - Sanitize & Refresh: Deep clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surface areas.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout assigned facility areas.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and keep spaces organized.
- Inventory & Supplies: Restock essential items (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report low stock or maintenance needs to your supervisor.
- Safety Standards: Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Transit: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in Midland.
- Work Style: Strong time management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift.
- Experience: Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required .
- Weekends Off: Keep your weekends entirely to yourself with our strict Monday-Friday schedule.
