Financial Services Specialist (Teller) Rockland, Maine Job Description This full‑time position is an active member of the branch team. The Financial Services Specialist (FSS) assists customers with all service transactions, develops new relationships, deepens existing customer relationships through cross‑selling products and services, runs a cash drawer, refers home equity and residential mortgage loan requests to the appropriate banker, and conducts proactive customer outreach via phone calls and letters. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Experience in customer service or retail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
