Data Platform DevOps & Backend Engineer

Be a Data Rockstar! DevOps/Backend Developer at Leidos (US) Do you dream of building critical back-end systems for a powerful enterprise data and analytics platform? Join Leidos! About the Role Collaborate with product managers,designers,and engineers to design,develop,and maintain data integrations. Build scalable back-end APIs for web applications used for data access and management. Work in an Agile environment with daily standups,demos,and sprint planning. Ensure the platform allows users to access data catalogs,request compute resources,and manage data access controls. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering,Computer Science,or a related field. 8+ years of software development experience (Agile preferred). 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud data architecture. Experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred),Node.js,and databases (SQL,NoSQL). A deep understanding of APIs and experience with Docker containerization. Experience with DevOps tools (Git,Terraform,k8s a plus) and testing platforms. Strong communication,problem-solving,and documentation skills. Bonus Points for: Experience in Big Data.
