We are seeking a talented and compassionate Physical Therapist Per Diem to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. Our center is dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing care to our patients, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to help us achieve this goal.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Per Diem, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing rehabilitation and therapy services to our patients in a home-like setting. Your responsibilities will include:
• Evaluating patients' physical abilities and developing individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
• Implementing a variety of physical therapy techniques, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote patient independence and mobility
• Modifying treatment plans as needed to accommodate patient progress and changes in condition
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient treatment and progress

Requirements:

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• A current Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
