Emergency Room Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Nurse to provide critical health care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a variety of medical situations ranging from minor injuries to severe trauma and acute medical conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients' clinical conditions, identifying serious situations, prioritizing care, and taking appropriate action swiftly.Initiate emergency measures when a physician is not immediately available.Operate and monitor emergency care equipment including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.Administer prescribed therapeutic measures such as medications and IV therapy that affect hemodynamic and respiratory status.Record observations, nursing interventions, and therapeutic measures administered, coordinating activities with other medical professionals.Document specific health care requirements for patients and prepare clear assignments for team members based on their skills and capabilities.Plan and implement care delivery while coordinating documentation of care.Maintain adequate supplies and equipment, ensuring overall upkeep of the unit and a safe environment.ScheduleThis position requires 12-hour shifts, including nights.QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.Must possess a valid Oklahoma or Compact RN License.Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.Behavior CharacteristicsDemonstrate strong critical thinking and assessment skills.Possess a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Client Details Address 101 S Moore Ave, Claremore, OK 74017 City Claremore State OK Zip Code 74017
