• Manage budgets and project plans in Asana.
• Own intake, prioritization, and capacity planning.
• Onboard and manage external vendors and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts and process invoices.

Team Operations:

• Drive team rhythms and maintain systems.
• Fix workflow gaps and improve collaboration.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Finance, Contracts, and Programs.
• Support onboarding for new team members.
