Responsibilities include managing a team of detailers, assigning tasks, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring that the detailing process, including polishing, washing, and interior cleaning, is efficient and meets airline or client expectations. The Supervisor is also responsible for training staff,maintainingequipment, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and ensuring compliance with DOT requirements. Responsibilities Supervise detailing operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and laws as well as TSA, Customs, and Security regulations. Ensure the safety and security of detailing operations, adhering to the highest industry standards and best practices. Direct and coach activities of station operations while affecting positive change within the operation and promoting adherence to company policies and procedures. Ensure proper andtimelydetailing ofaircraft. Demonstrate strong attention to detail. Bring energy and enthusiasm each day,demonstraterespect for the team, andmaintainthe highest regard for safety. Perform anyadditionalduties asassigned by management. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Eligible to work in the United States. Valid state driver’s license with a verifiable safe vehicle operating record. One year of customer service experience. Must have a valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, including documents. Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices. Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in‑person and through electronic means. Pass a background check and drug screen. Ability to pass a DOT background check and drug screen. Eligibility toacquireneeded credentials and clearances, including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal, as applicable. Airlinesoperate24/7, so team members must be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
