Candidates must have experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to provide day to day counseling regarding labor/employment related issues
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NJ state bar association is required; NY and PA are a plus.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation is mandatory.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and research are essential for success in this role. xhyhwjd
