-Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-Active SLP license in Georgia
-Experience or completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in school-based or pediatric settings
-Proficiency in providing therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
-Strong organizational and documentation skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with educators, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
-Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in one-on-one and small group
-Monitor progress and adjust interventions as required, maintaining detailed records
-Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to implement strategies that enhance communication and learning outcomes
-Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and family consultations
