What You’ll Do

As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection.

You will:

• Serve as a trusted partner for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team—promoting whole‑person care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.

• Provide supportand education to families , helping them navigate their loved one’s journey with compassion and understanding.

• Inspire and mentor your team , ensuring that best practices in dementia care are delivered consistently and with heart.

• Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license — required
\ N
• Experience as anurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
\ N
• Must be available for clinical on-call rotation
\ N
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
\ N
• Experience working withindividuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
\ N
• A compassionate heart and a service‑driven mindset

• A commitment to ensuring every resident receives dignified, person‑centered care
