**Compensation:** $5.00 USD / hour for the first 30 days (with performance-based increases thereafter based on experience and execution).

### **About the Role**

We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy **Social Media Virtual Assistant** who is an absolute expert in social media automation, community growth, and content distribution. You will play a vital role in managing our online presence, setting up advanced messaging funnels, and scaling our organic reach across platforms—with a heavy emphasis on Facebook groups and multi-platform management.

To excel in this role, you must already know your way around **ManyChat** and **Metricool**, and experience with **GroupPosting.com** is a massive plus.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Chat Automation & Funnels:** Design, build, and deploy new social media account automation sequences, keyword triggers, and DM funnels using **ManyChat**.
* **Content Scheduling & Management:** Plan, schedule, and optimize organic social media posts (both image and video formats with engaging copywriting/captions) using **Metricool**.
* **Facebook Group Marketing:** Locate, vet, and join active Facebook groups targeting specialized niches.
* **Automated & Organic Posting:** Set up and manage organic posting campaigns. Experience utilizing **GroupPosting.com** to streamline multi-group content distribution safely and effectively is a major bonus.
* **Engagement & Growth Tracking:** Monitor post performance, track audience engagement metrics, and optimize posting schedules for maximum reach.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated hands-on experience managing social media platforms and backend automation tools.
* **ManyChat Expert:** Deep understanding of flow building, comment triggers, JSON/growth tools, and setting up new accounts from scratch.
* **Metricool Proficiency:** Ability to manage content calendars, schedule cross-platform posts, and pull performance analytics.
* **Content Execution:** Strong capability to format and schedule both image and video posts with compelling captions.
* **Niche Research:** Skilled at finding, evaluating, and strategically engaging with target-market Facebook communities.
* **Bonus Points:** Prior experience using **GroupPosting.com** for automated group posting workflows.
* **Communication & Reliability:** Fluent in English (written and spoken), highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

### **Compensation & Growth**

* **Starting Rate:** $5.00/hour - 20/hrs/wk for an initial 30-day trial period.
* **Growth Opportunity:** Rate is reviewable and subject to an increase based on proven performance, efficiency, and depth of knowledge demonstrated during the first month.
