Our client, an industry leader in workforce solutions, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist to join their team. As a Bilingual Human Resource Generalist, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Smithfield, NC

Pay Range: Competitive and Based on Qualifications

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

What's Needed?

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR practices
• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
