Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and healthcare team members
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Ability to work night shifts, 36–48 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous acute care facility experience
