Customer Service Representative (Level III)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping others navigate complex financial solutions? We are seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Specialist to serve as a key operational partner for our Financial Advisors and Client Associates.

In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for retirement account maintenance—from setting up new accounts and enabling new features to troubleshooting system errors and conducting document reviews. By navigating multiple applications and leveraging in-depth product knowledge, you will deliver clear, accurate, and efficient solutions right at the point of call while upholding strict risk and compliance standards. salary: $20.09 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide clients and/or internal partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to their questions and inquiries at point of call
• Deliver quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and potential clients
• Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients, fully adhering to policy / procedures and proactively identifying and escalating potential risk
• Navigate through multiple applications and tools to understand policy / procedures, gain clarity on various products / services and research, and resolve issues with client accounts
• Display passion, commitment and deliver an experience that improves our customers’ financial lives
