Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry Nurse (RN) Location: Not specified. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a telemetry unit within an acute care setting. The nurse will be responsible for managing patients with cardiac conditions, post-procedural care, and monitoring electrocardiogram (ECG) strips, adhering to unit protocols and safety standards. Job Details Certifications Required: ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association); Education Requirements: RN license; Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in a busy hospital environment; Location Requirements: Candidates must live within 80 miles of the facility. Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shift, minimum of 48 hours per week. Additional Responsibilities: Managing post-procedural cath lab patients, handling titratable and set rate drips such as Nitroglycerin, Heparin, Diltiazem, Amiodarone, Lasix, Bumex, Dobutamine. Clinical Expectations: RN's are required to read their own ECG strips; responsible for incentive spirometry; managing chest pain and post-cardiac surgical patients. Unit Specifics: 29 beds with varied nurse-patient ratios based on time of day, 24/7 RT support for nebulizers and inhalers, charge nurse may take a modified assignment, no scrub provision but dress code applies, orientation includes 1 HR onboarding shift and 1 unit shift. Floating: Float rotation may be required. Submission Requirements: Clinicians must note if they have previously worked for the facility, with a clearance of at least 6 months prior to submission. Clocks in and out at the facility.
