Position Summary:

The Ice Cream Server is responsible for the preparation of ice cream cones, milkshakes, and sundaes with accuracy. The ice cream server is also responsible for keeping a clean work environment and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Your Role:

• Scoop ice cream, and create sundaes and milkshakes with accuracy and consistency.
• Follow all food safety guidelines.
• Restocking inventory
• Responsible for the accuracy of the cash register and POS system.
• Ensuring the ice cream facility remains clean and orderly, including maintaining a tidy workstation, guest seating areas, and cleaning restrooms.
• Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

• Food service experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years old.
• Leadership skills
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Have a good attitude and participate as a member of the team.
• Able to work a weekend, night, and holiday schedule.
