Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, emotionally resonant, and conversions-focused Direct Response Video Editor (digital products) to join our centralized multimedia marketing squad under a permanent, full-time Independent Contractor Agreement open across strategic European centers, including Poland, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia, and the Czech Republic. In this high-leverage creative execution seat, you will claim absolute sequence editing, timeline pacing, and conversion-optimization accountability for high-volume video advertisement campaigns. Shifting completely away from routine static banner vector compilation, non-technical customer helpdesk ticketing, or isolated software backend code writing, you will drive an active high-hook, short-form motion graphics, and User Generated Content (UGC) assembly laboratory—partnering face-to-face with marketing strategists, copywriters, and graphic designers. This position requires a digital video production authority with 3+ years of experience who edits multimedia assets fluidly natively using Video Editor and Adobe Creative Suite mechanics, evaluates audience demographic retention curves cleanly to restructure video hooks on social grids, transforms abstract e-commerce product benefits into highly persuasive motion narratives, and operates confidently under strict performance targets with a mandated daily working overlap alongside 9am-5pm CST business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Response Video Governance: Develop, piece together, and produce high-quality, conversion-optimized Direct Response video ads for e-commerce and digital product lines natively utilizing Video Editor primitives.
- Platform-Specific Sequence Engineering: Architect, crop, and polish engaging short-form video ads customized for YouTube and TikTok interfaces, adapting to rapid algorithm switches and format constraints.
- UGC & Raw Asset Orchestration: Splice, edit, and reconstruct raw in-house creative materials, creator video takes, and asset scripts into a unified story designed to capture target user attention in under three seconds.
- Demographic Content Tailoring: Analyze and investigate target audience pain points and consumer behavioral preferences to structure video pacing, text overlays, and audio cues that emotionally resonate with specific cohorts.
- Cross-Functional Asset Convergence: Partner closely with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure high-velocity edits align perfectly with structural ad briefs and unified campaign goals.
- Multi-Project Queue Optimization: Manage, prioritize, and multi-task across multiple active timelines and edit variations simultaneously inside a fast-paced, remote agency playground.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven professional history operating inside a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, Multimedia Ad Creator, or identical digital post-production capacity.
- Mandatory Direct Response Track: At least 1+ years of explicit, hands-on experience designing and rendering Direct Response video advertisements within the e-commerce or digital consumer products sectors.
- Demonstrated individual portfolio showcasing highly performant, high-conversion short-form video ads mapped directly to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Meta Reels metrics.
- Expert-level production command manipulating video post-production tools, demonstrating master-level execution via the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strict Scheduling Alignment: Proven capacity and dedication to maintain consistent, daily real-time work-schedule overlapping alongside the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (US Central Standard Time) operational time bracket.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote contractor guidelines open exclusively to qualified multimedia editors residing permanently within Poland, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia, or the Czech Republic .
