About the Role Synthesize information from referrals, medical records, imaging, intake forms and history. Diagnose movement dysfunction through functional movement, posture, gait analysis, pelvic floor examinations, objective measurements and patient goals. Develop individualized care plans aligned with patient goals. Provide evidence‑based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, biofeedback and modalities. Evaluate and document progress, use outcomes to refine plans, and ensure results. Educate patients about recovery expectations and coping strategies. Follow up to improve plan adherence. Connect with providers and local organizations to increase therapy access. Provide clinical instruction for at least one student rotation per year after the first year in the specialty. About You Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (recent graduates welcome). Interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy.
