We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while managing a steady flow of calls and visitors. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time setting.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and ensure messages are relayed accurately.
• Handle front desk activities such as answering inquiries and providing general administrative support.
• Maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a detail-oriented and welcoming workplace.
• Assist with routing inbound calls efficiently while prioritizing responsiveness and courtesy.
• Support part-time office coverage needs and help keep daily operations running smoothly.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner.
• Comfortable managing inbound calls while balancing in-person visitor interactions.
• Reliable organizational skills with the ability to handle routine administrative tasks.
• Availability to work in a part-time Contract position in St. Joseph, Minnesota.
