Job Summary:
Provides personalized rehabilitative therapy to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques and home care strategies.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing outpatient or inpatient physical therapy.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic techniques and equipment.
• Maintain CPR and first aid certifications.
