Then this role may be the perfect fit.What You Bring to Cambia:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Operational Technology Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, or an equivalent related field, plus 7+ years of job-related work experience, including 2+ years in healthcare and healthcare business processes — or an equivalent combination of education and related work experienceSkills and Attributes:Demonstrated proficiency in SQL coding (Toad, DBeaver, Snowflake, etc.), ETL tools (Talend, DBT, etc.), and reporting tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.)Familiarity with relational databases and client-server conceptsProven ability to perform complex analytical tasks with minimal supervision and manage large-risk, complex projects independentlyStrong understanding of software testing principles and the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and debuggingAbility to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear design specifications and technical documentationSkill in negotiating solutions and building consensus among stakeholders with competing Business Intelligence needsAdvanced knowledge of program evaluation concepts, including effectiveness analysis, measurement, and reportingExperience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desiredSolid oral and written communication skills, including presentation and technical writingKnowledge of healthcare and healthcare business processes a plusWhat You Will Do at Cambia:Design, develop, and maintain reports, programs, and analytical models that meet the needs of business partners across Cambia Health SolutionsWrite clean, well-documented code and configuration using approved technologies to implement business requirementsDevelop and execute tests to validate accurate implementation of business requirementsActively manage a Local Analytic Workspace (LAW) or Collaborative Workspace (CLAW) to support Health Plan Operations' analytic and reporting needsProactively identify issues, communicate concerns to management, and apply knowledge of cross-departmental operations to drive effective solutionsParticipate in peer review processes and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvementMentor and assist team members and internal business partners to build collective capabilityPay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location.
