Job Title Physical Therapist (Travel) Location Milford, Massachusetts Job Description MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in MITILFORD, Massachusetts. The role involves direct patient care, assessment, and treatment planning under physician supervision in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential. Develop and implement individualized care plans with specific goals aligned with patient capacity and tolerance. Document and record patient progress, maintain accurate treatment records, and educate patients and families about physical therapy methods. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to establish, evaluate, and modify treatment goals. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with a pass on the NPTEM. Graduated from an accredited PT program. Minimum one year of clinical experience.
