Your leadership will steer us toward new horizons in municipal transportation. In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead Atkins Réalis’ municipal transportation ventures. As part of the U.S. transportation leadership team, you’ll craft and execute strategic plans to amplify our growth. Your expertise in planning, design, or construction will be the foundation of our regional success. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients and forge new alliances. Strategic Marketing: Craft and oversee marketing plans that resonate with our vision and goals. Community Presence: Enhance our brand by engaging with professional organizations and contributing to technical conferences. Team Growth: Identify and mentor future leaders, fostering professional development. Project Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of quality control and financial performance across projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Business or a related field. 15+ years of experience in related roles. Professional registration in the field of practice preferred (e.g., P.E., A.I.C.P., R.A., or R.L.A.). Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) required within one year of assuming this position. Additional Information Expected compensation range is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
