Registered Nurse Unit Manager
Job Summary
Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bessemer, Alabama is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team! As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Develop and implement care plans that individualize patient needs and promote successful rehabilitation outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and effective communication
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and overall care
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama
