Shift Times: 8am-5pm

Lunch will be lunch time incorporated into the shift.

Provider Min # Shifts Required: 3 day per week, 4 weeks a month

Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8

Hours Worked for OT to apply: 8

Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

Additional Details:

Mid-level provider would provide on-campus supervision for echo/nuclear exercise stress tests, as well as in office cardiac device checks and stress tests performed by cardiac device tech. They will sign off on cardiac device checks and interpret EKG's. Locums' tenens will not have admitted privileges but needs outpatient privileges to see clinic patients perform/supervise outpatient testing in the clinic and hospital. Requesting 6-month contract with extension possible if needs continue.
