What We Offer $17.00 per hour Monday–Friday schedule 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Consistent weekday hours Opportunity for full-time employment Hours may adjust slightly after being hired full-time or once fully trained Professional warehouse environment Opportunity to build experience in inventory, logistics, and administrative operations About the Position We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to help maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. The position combines inventory control, order processing, computer work, customer communication, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and prepare shipping and receiving documents accurately and on time. Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and courteously. Review and process inventory transactions, including inventory movements and deletions in the ERP system. Maintain and update inventory records. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate inventory differences. Identify and report stock and inventory issues to management. Assist with resolving customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions. Follow up on corrections and adjustments to ensure issues are resolved. Assist with inventory management procedures and processes. Greet and direct drivers and visitors professionally. Assist with purchase orders and product labeling as needed. Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in inventory control, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel . ERP/SAP experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
