IN-HOME HOME PERFORMANCE SALES • PHOENIX • 100% COMMISSION

THE WORK

You go into people's houses across Phoenix Metro. You get in the attic. You show and educate them where the house is wasting energy. You sit at the table and ask them to buy.

This is air sealing, insulation, duct work, and the stuff around the HVAC system. Cozy. Phoenix office. You are not at a desk. You are not at home on a laptop.

THE PAY

You get paid when you sell. 100% commission. No base. No draw. No salary.

Good closers make $125k–$250k in a year. The first 90 days are messy. That number is not a promise for month two. You earn it in hot attics and at kitchen tables, on commission, starting with doors and old leads.

WHAT THE WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

• Attics and ladders. Phoenix heat. Nights and weekends.
• Driving Phoenix Metro.
• People cancel. You fill the time or you don't get paid.
• You start on doors or old leads. You do not get fresh ad leads until you pass the product test, run a live job with someone watching, and hit the number we publish.
• We put about $12k–$15k of leads behind a trained rep. We do not hand you that in week one.
• There is no guaranteed paycheck.

TRAINING

Usually 2–4 weeks before paid ad leads. You can start in 2–3 weeks. There is activity pay during training only if you hit the checkpoints we publish. That is not a base, not a draw, and not a salary. We'll post the dollar amounts when you apply and go through the process. 

WHO FITS

• You already sell in the home on commission — solar, HVAC, windows, roofing, alarms, pest, or water.
• Or you competed where they kept score. Varsity. College. A sales board with a quota. Tell us the highest level you reached, a number from that year, and what you changed the week after you lost or got cut. “I played sports” is not enough.
• You can live with a messy first 90 days.

WHO DOES NOT

• You need a base, draw, or salary first.
• You will not do attics, tight spaces or climb a ladder. 
• You won't work evenings, weekends, or drive around the Phoenix Metro.
• You refuse to knock doors or call older leads first.
• You talk about past experience, but never show numbers.
• You expects $250k overnight.

ALL SEVEN MUST BE YES OR DO NOT APPLY

1. Valid driver's license and a reliable car
2. Willing and able to climb ladders and get in attics.
3. You accept 100% commission with no base, draw, or salary. 
4. You can start in 2–3 weeks.
5. Nights and weekends are fine.
6. You will drive Phoenix Metro for the Phoenix office.
7. You will start on doors or old leads before you get ad-budget leads.

If you skip any of that, we won't review the application.
