This role will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate SAP data, material availability, and timely execution of key project milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update project trackers to ensure visibility across all workstreamsPrepare and deliver monthly status reports to the Leadership TeamCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track milestones and resolve issuesSupport overall project execution, including timelines, risks, and deliverablesSupport creating part numbers and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAPDetermine and implement BOM changes and effective datesManage inventory of finished goods and components, including material transitions and excess stockPlace and track orders for components and labeling materialsIdentify SKUs requiring labeling and calculate material needsCoordinate and track execution of production and stickering activitiesManage lot code tracking and product identification updatesTrack and report project-related costs (e.g., stickering, materials)Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders and leadershipCollaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field2–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operationsHands-on experience with SAP (MM/PP or similar modules preferred)Strong understanding of:Inventory managementMRP processesBOM structuresAdvanced skills in Excel and data trackingStrong organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentLocationFort Mill, SCDisclaimerKyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
