Facility hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Shift Hours Needed: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Job Overview:
We are hiring friendly and reliable Laundry Attendants to join a busy laundromat in Lake Katrine, NY. This is a hands-on role involving customer service, laundry services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Evening availability is especially important for this position.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active during their shift, and being part of a team-oriented environment. Laundry Attendant Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with laundry services and general questions
- Perform wash, dry, and fold services accurately and efficiently
- Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely
- Handle payments and operate a cash register
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary facility
- Monitor machines and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support team members and communicate with management as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends (required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Willingness to stay active and on your feet throughout the shift
