• Provide respite care services to children with special needs in a supportive and empathetic manner
• Engage children in stimulating and age-appropriate activities to promote growth and development
• Collaborate with families to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care at all times
• Offer emotional support and guidance to families experiencing stress or burnout

• Previous experience working with children with special needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
