Technical Support Analyst

Salary: $59,884.28 - 76,628.71 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 3 to 4 years of relevant software support experience, ideally with Microsoft environments such as Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
• We value exposure to automation, packaging, and monitoring solutions such as Ansible, PowerAutomate, SailPoint, Elastic, SSCM, Microsoft Intune, and APIs.
• A bachelors degree in a technology-related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• We expect strong customer service standards, along with honesty and integrity.
• We need proficiency with Microsoft products and the ability to quickly learn Corptax technologies.
• We require the ability to document case details accurately and completely in our case tracking system.
• Strong problem-solving ability is essential.
• A positive attitude and a solid work ethic are highly desirable.
• You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, with moderate conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills are important.
• You should be self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.

• We provide technical case support across all channels for Corptax customers and internal teams using our current support tools.
• We assess customer needs and deliver tailored support to assigned customers or others as needed.
• We respond to intermediate-level technical questions and work toward moderate case closure goals.
• We collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• We work within defined guidelines and moderate supervision, making sound decisions and validating conclusions with senior colleagues when needed.
• We document customer issues in our case tracking system and record or assign the appropriate resolution.
• We review knowledge base articles within our area of expertise to maintain quality and strengthen our digital support resources.
• We build technical proficiency across all Corptax products.
• We perform release testing for customer scenarios before and after product releases, including triage and identification of enhancement needs.
• We support assigned projects as needed.
• We explore new technologies and test ideas that improve internal efficiency.
