Burlington - 321 Speen Street - Responsibilities: Deter dishonest behaviors and reduce theft by maintaining a commanding presence and engaging with customers and associates; Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication in partnership with store leadership; Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas to promote control and customer service; Gather and document indicators of external theft and coordinate with law enforcement as needed; Provide training and onboarding support for shortage reduction programs and assist in inventory preparation and action plans to reduce shortages
