This individual contributor role is responsible for delivering $20M-$40M in annual revenue through dealer development, new product adoption, and increased market penetration.Territory & Revenue ManagementOwn and deliver territory revenue goals ranging from $20M-$40M annuallyMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.Communicate territory risks, trends, and opportunities to leadership.Dealer Development & Relationship ManagementManage and grow a network of 20-40 dealers, ranging from independent operators to large multi-location organizations.Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales leaders, and key decision-makers.Support dealer business planning, goal setting, and performance improvement initiatives.Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealer partners aligned with territory strategy.Growth & Market ExpansionIncrease product penetration and share of wallet within existing accounts.Drive adoption and successful launch of new products within the territory.Provide training, sales support, and market feedback to improve execution and customer results.Collaborate with internal teams to support long-term growth strategies.Qualifications5+ years of territory sales, district management, or channel sales experience.Demonstrated success managing and growing a multi-million-dollar territory.Experience working with dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks preferred.Strong business acumen with the ability to influence organisations of varying size and complexity.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.TravelThis is a remote, field-based position with approximately 50-80% travel throughout the assigned territory.
