Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active OT or COTA license (or eligible for Washington licensure)
- Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred
- Experience or comfort working with K-12 students (ages 5-19) across a range of abilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting student success through evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students ages 5-19
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals
