Schedule: Between 8am-6pm Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays may apply

Pay: $65.00 to $68.00 an hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary and/or specialty care services, conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat medical conditions, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.

• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).

• Current BLS certification.

Preferred

• [1-3+] years of Nurse Practitioner experience.

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, or specialty practice.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
