Registered Nurse - Liver Transplant Clinic

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering primary patient care, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical evaluation. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Current Texas Nursing License At least 2 years of nursing or medical office experience Strong communication skills with sound judgment and discretion Key Responsibilities Provide patient care based on standards, guidelines, and regulations Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and assess disease conditions Administer prescribed treatments and medications, monitor patient responses Delegate tasks per Nurse Practice Act Educate patients and families on health management Document assessments and interventions accurately Participate in multidisciplinary team efforts to improve care Monitor quality assurance data and assist in policy development Report issues to the Office Manager and contribute to problem-solving #J-18808-Ljbffr CARIN Alliance
