We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Administrative Assistant. What you will need Be a minimum of 18 years of age. A high school diploma or GED. 1 - 3 years of previous relevant experience. How you will make an Impact Answer phone calls from sales personnel, customers, branch employees, and corporate employees. Receive and follow up on emails sent to branch email groups to ensure responses occur within 8 hours of an email being sent. Assist with the pick ticket and delivery ticket order process and document flow by working with SalesPad order queues. Audit and monitor SalesPad queues to ensure the correct order status, identifying and expediting orders that have passed their process deadlines. Scan and file documents. Create and print reports for leads and Transfer management. Enter data in Great Plains and SalesPad. Prepare, communicate and expedite branch transfer product replenishment paperwork and shipments. Compile and complete change processes that occur daily as part of the branch transfer shipping system. This includes computer data entry and communication of changes to Chadwell Branch receiving personnel and other Chadwell Supply departments as required. Strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate product selection, checking, and preparation of transfer paperwork and documents in addition to communication with company personnel. Assist with product selection and transfer product packaging and palletization to ensure order pulling and shipment efficiency and accuracy. Ensure that all transfer shipments are accurately recorded and tracked in the Chadwell Supply computer operating system. Responsible for working with management on transfer shipment process changes as needed. Assist management with product pulled and shipped records and identify any unusual occurrences. Ensure all transfer shipments are accurately recorded and tracked. Compile and complete daily change processes as part of the branch transfer shipping process.
